Responsibilities for Repairs

The Association is responsible for maintaining and repairing your home’s plumbing, heating and electrics, as well as the main structure and any additional structures that we provide. 

There isn’t much that we cannot repair or replace but if damage was cause by accident or negligence the cost may be recharged to you.
