Resident Voice
Our ambition is to bring residents and colleagues together to shape what an excellent service looks like.
Resident Voice
We believe the best services are shaped by the people who use them every day. That’s why we are committed to listening to our residents and working together to improve what we do.
Working Together
Our ambition is to bring residents and colleagues together to define what an excellent service looks like. We have a skilled and committed team delivering services across our communities, and we are continuing to develop as a flexible, professional, and resident-focused organisation.
But we know we can do even better — with your help.
Your Voice Matters
Our residents bring valuable skills, experience, and insight. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we need to improve.
We are strengthening the ways we work with residents so you can:
- Influence decisions that affect your home and community
- Help shape our services and priorities
- Share your experiences and ideas
- Be part of meaningful change
Ways to Get Involved
There are lots of ways you can share your views and make a difference:
- Resident Focus Groups – join a group that reviews services and suggests improvements
- Surveys – give feedback on specific topics
- Online feedback – share your thoughts at a time that suits you
You can get involved as much or as little as you like.
We’re Listening
We are committed to making sure your voice leads to real change. We will:
- Act on what you tell us
- Keep you informed about what’s happening

Resident Focus Group
Resident participation and scrutiny are encouraged by the Board to assist with shaping and improving services. Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Resident Group ensures that residents are able to influence the services they receive from LRHA.
It involves residents in LRHA’s governance and decision-making processes providing a pathway for communication from residents to the Board of Management via the Operations Committee.
We want our link with our residents to support LRHA to drive improvements in resident services and satisfaction. We want our engagement with our residents to link to the delivery of our strategic objectives now and in the future, and to drive improvements in our services to residents and resident satisfaction, ensure equitable services, and safeguard our core purpose and our residents.
There are currently 7 members of the Resident Focus Group.
Armchair Panel
The purpose of the Armchair Panel is to provide support to the Operations Committee, acting in accordance the LRHA’s values and mission to facilitate an increased level of resident satisfaction predominately by reviewing policies and procedures.
