Here are a list of our frequently asked questions. If you still have a question that isn’t answered below, please contact us.
You should not make any alterations, improvements or additions to your home (including the gardens), or put up any building or shed, until you have our permission in writing.

This depends on the type of property and your tenancy agreement. Some properties allow pets, while others may have restrictions. Please contact us before getting a new pet.
Direct Debit
Rent can be paid by direct debit, either weekly on Mondays or Fridays, or monthly on 1st, 10th, 16th or 28th of each month.
Allpay Card
Using Allpay gives you a variety of ways to pay including:

- At the Post Office
- At any Paypoint outlet

Applications for an Allpay card can be made by contacting the Lincs Rural office or by completing the form below.
Standing Order / Internet Banking
Please contact the office for the Associations bank details and your reference number.
Cheque
Cheques should be payable to 'Lincs Rural Housing Association' and please remember to put the account reference or address on the back.
Cash
Rent can be paid by cash at the Lincs Rural Office but please do not send cash through the post.
Housing Benefit
Please ask for your Housing Benefit to be paid directly the Association.
Anyone can apply to go onto our waiting list as long as they meet our qualifying conditions and there is sufficient space.
